Terms of use
LoupeBeyond is a free guide to Singapore’s pre-owned watch market. It is a service of Baxton International (UEN 53474793X), a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore. In these terms, “we” means Baxton International. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Information only
Our figures are median asking prices. Each one is the middle price of at least three listings on Singapore dealer websites, collected automatically once a day and published monthly. They are not sale prices, valuations or offers, and they don’t tell you what any watch is worth or will fetch. Asking prices change, and our data can be incomplete or out of date. Everything here is information only, not financial or investment advice. Draw your own conclusions, and check with a dealer before you buy or sell.
Accuracy and corrections
We work carefully, but listings change and mistakes happen, so we can’t promise that everything is complete or current. When we correct a published figure, we record it in the corrections log on the Index page. If you think something we’ve published is wrong, or you want to complain, write to us at [email protected]. We’ll look into it and reply.
Independence
No paid inclusion. Nobody pays to appear in the index or the report. Sponsorship is always labelled, and it never changes our figures or our method.
LoupeBeyond is independent. We’re not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any watch brand, dealer or event host, unless we clearly say so. We use brand and model names only to identify watches.
How we collect prices
We collect prices once a day from the public pages of Singapore dealer websites. Our collector identifies itself and never gets past logins or anti-bot checks. We never publish a dealer’s name, photos, descriptions or individual prices. If you run a dealer website and want us to stop, email us and we’ll stop collecting from your site and drop your listings from future figures.
Links to other sites
We link to event organisers and other sites. They are run by others, and we’re not responsible for their content or what they do with your data. Listing an event doesn’t mean we endorse it. Check event details with the organiser before you go.
Our content
Our words, charts, drawings and logo belong to Baxton International. You’re welcome to quote a figure with credit to LoupeBeyond and a link to this site. Please don’t copy our content in bulk or present it as your own.
Our responsibility to you
The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for any loss from using the site or relying on it. We don’t exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. They are governed by the laws of Singapore.
